On a deployment with report storage enabled, this form sends the fields to the site operator for review. If direct submission is unavailable, it opens an email draft that you review before sending.
What happens to your report
The local preview uses an email draft; a configured production Worker can store the submitted fields for correction review. Do not include account credentials, payment details, or a private serial number. If no mail app opens, email vl-_-l@naver.com directly.
